Mr. Dart's experience includes representation of creditors, debtors, trustees, and other interested parties in bankruptcy and other litigation matters throughout the Pacific Northwest. Prior to starting Gig Harbor Legal, Mr. Dart represented the Chapter 13 Trustee for Tacoma as a staff attorney; served as a law clerk to The Honorable Mary Jo Heston (United States Bankruptcy Court - Western District of Washington); and represented clients as a litigation attorney at a Tacoma law firm. Mr. Dart's focus is on bankruptcy litigation matters involving issues such as nondischargeability, contested confirmations, dismissals, recovery actions, and relief from stay motions. 

Prior to his work as an attorney, Mr. Dart attended Western Washington University where he graduated magna cum laude and was selected as the commencement speaker for his graduating class. During law school, Mr. Dart served as an articles editor for the Gonzaga Journal of International Law and won the 78th annual Linden Cup appellate advocacy competition before graduating magna cum laude in 2014.
